Full Job Description
We are looking for a Product Manager within our Customer Management Team in Embedded Finance, initially working on Black Horse FlexPay proposition.
- Provide oversight and management of key customer journey and customer outcomes.
- Take ownership of risk decisions, using regulatory expertise to ensure that our products comply with regulations like the Consumer Duty.
- Maintain a strong risk management system, assessing and mitigating risks in alignment with Group's policies and legal obligations.
- Understand the product market, demonstrating clear understanding of customer, market, conduct, regulatory and competitor trends.
- Drive necessary product changes to achieve customer outcomes and commercial goals.
- Contribute to a culture of active learning and upskilling of self and team through collaboration, coaching and regular exchange of feedback.
- Working with a variety of stakeholders and third parties to deliver for our customers.

- Tenacious and resilient in navigating change and complexity, with the ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and view challenges as opportunities for growth.
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex topics and tailor messages to different audiences. Skilled in stakeholder management, including experience with internal teams and third-party partners.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive customer-focused improvements, with a solid understanding of regulatory and control environments.
- Genuine enthusiasm for contributing to team success and fostering a collaborative environment.
