Full Job Description

Own and manage a portfolio of retail and business deposit products, ensuring strong customer and commercial outcomes.
Define and deliver the product strategy and roadmap, engaging stakeholders to drive business objectives.
Monitor product performance, pricing and market trends to identify growth opportunities and improve profitability.
Lead product governance activities, including new product approvals, enhancements and annual product reviews.
Ensure effective management of product risks, with a focus on customer outcomes, conduct risk and regulatory compliance.
Investigate product-related incidents, identifying root causes and driving corrective actions where required.
Leverage customer insights, market intelligence and competitor analysis to enhance the product proposition.
Build strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships to deliver successful product outcomes and strategic initiatives.

Strong product management and product development experience, with the ability to shape and enhance customer propositions.
Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to leverage data and insights to drive product improvements.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and communicate complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Sound knowledge of product governance, risk management and conduct requirements, ensuring effective oversight of product portfolios.
Good understanding of the regulatory environment and its impact on retail and business banking products.
