Aristocrat is seeking a dedicated Product Manager - Social (Digital Strategy Team) to help manage our Social business channel and be part of our ambitious team!   • Define and communicate the product slot vision and strategy within ou Social business
  • Lead cross-functional teams to successfully implement product initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to determine customer needs and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Prioritize features and improvements to deliver world-class user experiences.
  • Collaborate with engineering, build, and marketing teams to ensure flawless product launches.
  • Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback and data.
  • Build and present compelling product proposals to senior leadership.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development.
  • Drive product adoption through effective communication and training.
  • Analyze and report on important data to measure product success.
  • Advocate for the customer, ensuring their needs are met throughout the product lifecycle.

    Proven experience as a Product Manager, with 5+ years in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of product management principles and practices.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
  • Analytical approach with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's or equivalent experience preferred).
  • Demonstrated success in launching and managing complex products.
  • Ability to strictly prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the industry.
