Are you a Product Manager with experience working on physical engineered or manufactured products, looking to take ownership of a product portfolio within a global engineering business?, As a Product Manager, you will take ownership of a range of products, ensuring they deliver against commercial targets while identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, operations, and sales teams, using data and insight to support decision making and product performance,

  • Manage the performance of product lines, ensuring sales, margin, and growth targets are achieved
  • Support new product introduction activities from concept through to launch
  • Develop pricing strategies and product positioning to improve market performance
  • Analyse demand, forecasts, and product data to support planning and decision-making
  • Work closely with operations and supply chain to ensure product availability and efficiency
  • Assess market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities
  • Support business planning processes including forecasting, inventory and lifecycle management
  • Use data and reporting to highlight risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement

    Degree in Engineering or Business-related field
  • Experience in a Product Manager role within engineering, manufacturing, or industrial sectors
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage product performance
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with data, forecasting and analysis
  • Experience supporting new product introduction or lifecycle management
  • Strong stakeholder management across technical and commercial teams
  • Experience working with ERP, forecasting or planning systems is beneficial

    Salary £55,000 - £65,000 + Bonus
