Product Management Senior Specialist

The International Baccalaureate (IB) is undertaking a bold digital transformation, and this role offers the opportunity to be part of it. As a Senior Product Specialist in the Digital Office, you will play a key role in shaping IB's digital product ecosystem, reimagining how we support internal colleagues, schools, educators, and learners worldwide through digital innovation.

The Digital Office sits at the centre of IB's product strategy, with end-to-end responsibility for customer-facing products across existing platforms and new ventures. You will join a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering meaningful, measurable outcomes in a rapidly evolving education landscape.

This cross-functional role partners closely with Heads of Product across Digital Domains and the Digital Office Senior Leadership Team to embed the Product Management Operating Model in line with IB strategy. Day to day, you will work across domains and functions, including data and analytics, engineering, and UX - to ensure consistent workflows, models, and ways of working.
