We're looking for a Product Line Architect to join our Technology team and help us shape how technology supports our business outcomes. In this role, you'll define and guide architecture across Customer, member and loyalty domain, turning business strategy into clear technology direction, roadmaps and designs that enable change and deliver value for our members. You'll play a key part in shaping the future of your product line, ensuring we have clear, joined-up architecture that supports both immediate priorities and long-term goals. It's an opportunity to influence senior stakeholders, guide major investment decisions and bring clarity to complex challenges, all while working as part of a collaborative and purpose-led organisation. What you'll do

  • Translate business strategy into clear architectural direction, capability models and roadmaps for your product line
  • Define and maintain domain-level architecture, including horizon states (roadmaps) and transition plans
  • Provide architectural input into planning, investment decisions and sequencing of change
  • Ensure alignment between your business domain and wider enterprise architecture and strategy
  • Guide and oversee solution designers and their artefacts, ensuring consistency and quality across all work
  • Identify and manage cross-domain dependencies, risks and opportunities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects and delivery teams to shape practical, deliverable outcomes
  • Contribute to the wider architecture community, sharing insight and helping shape best practice

    Significant experience in enterprise and solution architecture within a complex organisation
  • Good understanding of business architecture concepts such as capabilities, value streams and operating models
  • Ability to bring together business, data and technical perspectives into clear, coherent designs
  • Experience translating strategy into practical, deliverable technology outcomes and roadmaps
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and challenge at senior levels
  • Ability to simplify complex problems and communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience working collaboratively across teams and leading on cross-functional initiatives
  • A structured, thoughtful approach with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Technical knowledge that enables constructive SME engagement across customer, member and loyalty technologies, CRM and marketing technology, customer data platforms, contact centre solutions, APIs/integration, personalisation and analytics
