Product & Ideation Assistant

As a Product & Ideation Assistant at No7 Foresight & Ideation, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of innovative gifting ranges for two of our flagship brands, No7 and Liz Earle. Your contributions will ensure seamless communication and coordination among cross-functional teams, helping to deliver high-quality products that resonate with our customers. This role is essential in driving the innovation masterplan and fostering collaboration across various departments.,

• Manage all administrative duties related to the development of gifting ranges.
• Maintain accurate product directories and oversee dot.com copy and image setup.
• Support artwork and approvals for gift offerings.
• Gather data and insights to identify new opportunity spaces.
• Create best-in-class product benchmarking analysis across various touchpoints.
• Track supplier development samples and manage sampling requirements for marketing initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure proactive communication., In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in product administration and coordination, paving the way for future career growth within the No7 Beauty Company. As you gain experience and demonstrate your capabilities, you may progress into more senior roles within product management or cross-functional leadership, contributing to innovative projects that shape the future of our brands.
  
  Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with technology, particularly Excel and Microsoft applications.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Analytical thinking with the capability to interpret data into concise product communications.
It would be great if you also have
• A passion for beauty and skincare.
• Previous experience in the beauty category.
• Knowledge of the product development process.
• Familiarity with No7BC platforms (e.g., SAP).
