Role Overview This role is centred on Product Governance within Rothschild & Co's Wealth Management business, with responsibility for ensuring robust oversight, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of good client outcomes across the product lifecycle. The role holder will also take on direct ownership of cash-based products, ensuring their commercial effectiveness and alignment to client needs, alongside governance responsibilities. Product Governance (Core Focus)
• Lead and support key governance forums, including the Product Approval Committee, Product Review groups, and product related working groups Ensure all products adhere to governance standards across the full product lifecycle (design, approval, launch, and ongoing review) Own and deliver core governance activities, including: New Product Post-Implementation Reviews (PIRs) Annual Product & Service Reviews
