Product Designer

As a Product Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping what we build, why we build it and how it creates value for both our guests and the business. Working end-to-end across discovery and delivery, you'll partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Data teams and commercial stakeholders to uncover opportunities, solve meaningful customer problems and deliver outstanding experiences.

This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who combines exceptional design craft with a genuine curiosity for user behaviour, business outcomes and emerging technology. You'll work within our AI Operating Model as part of a lean, cross-functional product pod, using AI tools as a natural part of your design process to work smarter, move faster and unlock new possibilities.

What You'll Be Doing:

Partner with Product Managers to identify and define the right problems to solve.

Plan and run discovery activities including user interviews, usability testing, journey mapping and rapid experimentation.

Turn qualitative and quantitative insights into clear opportunities, hypotheses and design recommendations.

Design end-to-end experiences across web, mobile and service touchpoints.

Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs that balance user needs, business value and technical feasibility.

Collaborate closely with Engineering teams to ensure designs are accessible, practical and delivered to a high standard.

Contribute to the evolution of our design system, creating scalable and consistent experiences across products.

Champion inclusive and accessible design, ensuring experiences meet WCAG standards.

Act as a strong design voice within your squad, confidently communicating design decisions and trade-offs.

Contribute to design critiques, share knowledge and help raise the quality bar across the wider team.

Use AI throughout the design process, from research synthesis and concept exploration to prototyping and iterative testing.

Proven experience as a Product Designer with a portfolio showcasing real, shipped digital products.

Evidence of end-to-end ownership from discovery through to delivery.

Strong problem-framing skills with a focus on measurable customer and business outcomes.

Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams alongside Product, Engineering, Data and Commercial stakeholders.

Excellent UX, interaction design and visual design skills.

Confidence working in ambiguous environments with evolving priorities.

An analytical, insight-driven and experiment-led mindset.

Practical experience using AI tools as part of your day-to-day workflow.

A pragmatic approach focused on delivering value rather than perfection.

The confidence to challenge assumptions constructively and influence decision-making through design.

It would be great if you also have:

Experience within ecommerce, marketplaces, travel, hospitality or complex B2C environments.

Knowledge of experimentation, conversion rate optimisation (CRO) or performance-led design.

Experience contributing to and working within established design systems.

Experience using AI tools to generate concepts, accelerate design production or support prototyping.

Familiarity with designing customer journeys across multiple digital touchpoints.
