Full Job Description
We are proud to have been helping our clients build better financial futures for over 50 years. How have we achieved this? By working together - and supporting each other - all over the world. So, join our EMEA Product & Content Marketing team and feel like you are part of something bigger. Our clients come from all walks of life and so do we. We are proud of our inclusive culture and encourage applications from the widest mix of talent, whatever your age, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, social background and more. As a flexible employer, we trust our people to perform their role in the way that works best for them, our clients, and our business. We are a disability-friendly company and would welcome a conversation with you if you feel you might benefit from any reasonable adjustments to perform to the best of your ability during the recruitment process and beyond. About your team The EMEA Product & Content Marketing team is responsible for planning, creating and delivering engaging investment content to support the commercial priorities of Fidelity's EMEA business. Our clients are a range of financial intermediaries and institutions across the major geographies of the EMEA region. Working closely with colleagues from investment management and local sales and marketing teams across the region, we provide our clients with product information, market insights and thought leadership content in a clear and compelling way. About your role This is an exciting opportunity for an investment content expert to join our team. Reflecting understanding of financial markets and the EMEA asset management landscape, you will plan, create and deliver high-quality investment content. This should build a leadership position on topical investment issues and ensure that our proposition is well understood, clearly and consistently articulated and differentiated from competitors. You will monitor content engagement and use a range of quantitative and qualitative insights - and your experience of marketing best practice - to inform ongoing development of our plans. You will work across asset classes, spanning the full breadth of Fidelity's investment capabilities. This includes equities, fixed income, multi asset and alternative public and private asset classes. You will also have an understanding of ESG investing and how this is applied across different asset classes. It will be important for you to work closely with investment, sales, PR and other marketing teams in Fidelity. You will facilitate discussion and close cooperation across these diverse stakeholder groups, effectively managing different suggestions and requirements, whilst ensuring that business needs are always met.
- Previous industry experience working in product or investment content marketing, or a relevant communications or product-focused role within an investment team.
- Excellent communication and writing skills. Strong technical understanding of financial markets and investment products, with the ability to distil complex issues into accessible formats for wholesale and institutional clients.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills to forge effective relationships across different business areas. Attention to detail and the ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects.
- Digital first and analytical mind-set with some experience of utilising marketing technology tools (Marketo and Adobe suite an advantage) and evolving best practices based on data analysis.
- IMC or similar professional qualification desired.
For starters, we will offer you a comprehensive benefits package. We will value your wellbeing and support your development. And we will be as flexible as we can about where and when you work - finding a balance that works for all of us. It's all part of our commitment to making you feel motivated by the work you do and happy to be part of our team.
