In this role, you will manage the on-site execution of products, coordinate launches across the retail calendar, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product information is optimised for customers. You will also analyse customer journeys, enhance product detail pages, and respond to market trends to drive improvements in digital KPIs. What You'll Do as a Product Content Assistant We want you to feel challenged and inspired. Here, you'll develop your skills across a range of responsibilities:

  • Define and manage Product Details Page (PDP) attribute requirements across assigned categories and international markets, ensuring accuracy and optimal customer experience.
  • Lead Test & Learn initiatives and analyse customer/market data to continuously improve PDP execution and digital KPIs (conversion, bounce rate, exit rate, ATT).
  • Collaborate with the SEO team, facilitating LHN and merchandising requirements to optimise site performance and reduce manual intervention.
  • Oversee the quality and timely delivery of product launches, including final QA of product information, copy, titles, and imagery.
  • Respond to ad-hoc business requests, working closely with stakeholders to resolve attribution issues and customer queries while ensuring operational excellence.

  • At least 1 year's experience working within digital retail environments.
  • Proven experience working on cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver operational projects on time and in line with briefs.
  • Experience in enhancing digital retail customer journeys and experiences.
  • Proven track record of improving digital KPIs through front-end customer experience enhancements.
  • Familiarity with PIM and DAM systems, which is considered advantageous.
