About the role: Reports to the Product Manager In this role you will work closely with the Product Director, Product Manager and wider product development team to build knowledge of the product lifecycle - understanding user requirements, supporting the product development and developing analysis to measure the impact of product development in delivering Ambition 30. You will leverage data to
provide insights that help shape product strategy, roadmap and execution decisions. What you'll be doing User and Product Insight Analyse user behaviour, product usage, compeitor products and trends to identify product development opportunities Estimate the potential impact of new products / product features in sizing the opportunity Support the build of detailed product business cases Product Definition and Performance Monitor Build knowledge of the product lifcyle through supporting the development of detailed product requirements and user journeys for individual products. Build dashboards and reports to track product development KPIs e.g. product adoption and usage Ensure data accuracy, consistency and documentation Change Management Support product delivery and adoption of new products with clients and internal stakeholders Help write product definitions Marketing Support the development of product marketing materials Provide SME content for indivdiual product to marketing events and

programmes Group / Service Projects Dependant on product workload, support service initiatives that are across Asset Class to enhance client experience Skills, experience & qualifications: 2-3 years of product development experience in a fund services environment with an understanding of the commercial proposition Experience working within agile environments Experience in anligning analysis with product strategy and customer needs Some technical literacy and understanding of development processes Excellent analytical skills - critical thinking, statical analysis, data visualisation, hypothesis testing Familiarility with Agile / Scrum methodologies Data storytelling and presentation skills Collaboration skills with wider Product team and business to build own and others knowledge Aztec will provide the training, both in-house for relevant technical knowledge and also professional qualifications to enhance your professional development.
