Full Job Description
As a Senior Producer, you will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of live-service game-development work. You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to maintain clear priorities, manage delivery risks, and ensure updates, features, and content are delivered to a high standard. You will also support a healthy, inclusive, and sustainable development environment for the team., 1. Live-Service Planning and Delivery: + Lead the planning and delivery of live-service updates, features, content, and ongoing development work. + Maintain clear roadmaps, milestones, priorities, dependencies, and delivery plans, ensuring work remains aligned with project expectations. 2. Team Coordination and Agile Delivery: + Facilitate agile development ceremonies, including planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and focused strike-team meetings where needed. + Ensure teams have clear goals, appropriate support, and timely escalation of risks, blockers, and decisions. 3. Stakeholder Management: + Act as a key point of contact for stakeholder communication, providing clear updates on progress, risks, scope, and delivery confidence. + Build strong working relationships across engineering, design, art, QA, and other stakeholders to maintain alignment throughout development. 4. Team Leadership and Wellbeing: + Support and guide team members, helping create an organised, collaborative, and psychologically safe working environment. + Champion accessibility considerations throughout development and provide informed support as a Mental Health First Aider., Based just outside Birmingham, Flix is made up of welcoming, passionate, active gamers that support one another in all aspects of development. - Strong experience leading game-development delivery, including live-service updates and ongoing content development.
- Expertise in Jira, agile planning, sprint management, roadmap tracking, and production reporting.
- Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage complex dependencies.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to communicate delivery status, risks, and options clearly.
- Strong people-management skills and a thoughtful, supportive approach to team wellbeing.
- Strong understanding of accessibility in game development and the ability to advocate for inclusive player experiences.
