Producer

We are looking for an AI Producer to support the delivery of innovative, technology-enabled content and campaigns across multiple channels and formats. This role is ideal for a producer with agency or production-house experience who is curious about emerging AI workflows and excited to help shape the future of creative production.
The AI Producer will manage projects end-to-end while collaborating with creative, strategy, production, motion, CGI, OOH, and technology teams to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget. The role requires a strong understanding of traditional integrated production workflows, emerging AI tools, and the operational and legal considerations involved in modern content creation. It is also preferable that the candidate has experience working with creative Agency partners, as guiding people into the new world requires an understanding of where we are coming from.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, solutions-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about production, technology, and creativity.
Key Areas of Responsibility

Communication

Act as a key day-to-day contact for clients, agency partners, and internal stakeholders across projects
Support communication between creative, production, AI, CGI, motion, and post-production teams
Ensure project timelines, deliverables, and priorities are clearly communicated to all stakeholders (being aware that much of what we will be doing is new and the processes are different)
Maintain awareness of client satisfaction and proactively escalate risks or concerns
Help build & communicate what AI-enabled workflows look like. Help identify where AI production can add value to the process while maintain craft.

Collaboration

Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams including creatives, strategists, technologists, editors, motion designers, CGI artists, and external vendors
Foster strong working relationships across local and global production teams
Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate
Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and solutions-focused production culture

Process

Ensure all people involved are clear on how the AI production process works. How is it similar to traditional pipelines, and what is different about it. Be clear on where people will feel and experience this difference the most.
Manage medium- to large-scale integrated production projects from briefing through to delivery.
Support productions across AI-led & Hybrid content creation pipelines.
Coordinate schedules, budgets, approvals, assets, deliverables, and production workflows across multiple projects simultaneously
Help evaluate and implement AI tools and workflows within production pipelines
Maintain clear documentation including timelines, trackers, meeting notes, status reports, and risk management
Ensure projects are delivered on brief, on brand, on time, and on budget

Financial Management

Assist with project scoping, budgeting, estimates, and reconciliations
Track project costs, vendor management, POs, billing, and financial reporting
Partner with production, finance, and operations teams to ensure commercial accuracy and efficiency
Support cost-effective production solutions while maintaining creative quality

Legal & Compliance Awareness

Maintain a basic understanding of legal, compliance, and usage considerations related to AI-generated content and production workflows
Support adherence to licensing, talent usage, rights management, and content governance requirements
Ensure production processes align with client, platform, and company compliance standards
Escalate legal or compliance concerns to relevant teams when needed

Day-to-Day Responsibilities May Include

Developing and maintaining project scopes, timelines, and budgets
Coordinating with WPP Production's global production network to support integrated campaign launches
Managing day-to-day communication with clients, agencies, suppliers, and internal teams
Supporting productions involving AI-generated content
Liaising with vendors and partners to obtain briefs, schedules, assets, and technical specifications
Managing trackers, reporting documents, and workflow systems
Assisting with production operations, resourcing, and traffic coordination
Supporting safe innovation and experimentation with new production technologies and AI tools

Production experience within an integrated agency, creative agency, production company, or studio environment.
Experience working across integrated content production including OOH, CGI, motion, film, digital, and social content
Demonstrable basic understanding of and or passion for AI tools, AI-assisted creative workflows, and emerging production technologies
Strong knowledge of production and post-production processes from brief through final delivery
Understanding of asset management, formats, usage rights, and content delivery specifications
Awareness of legal and compliance considerations related to production and AI-generated content
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in fast-paced environments
Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
Natural problem solver and passion for innovation
