Procurement Specialist

supplier performance reviews using KPIs, scorecards, and market intelligence to improve accountability and continuous improvement.Analyze procurement data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process and cost improvements.Develop and maintain procurement dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent systems to improve visibility and decision-making.Ensure compliance of supplier documentation, including contracts, NDAs, Master Purchase Agreements, Statements of Work, and risk assessments.Maintain adherence to internal procurement controls, approval processes, and corporate compliance requirements.Collaborate closely with Finance, Engineering, Operations, and other functions to support business needs and ensure alignment of procurement activities.Support the development and execution of category strategies, including analysis of total cost of ownership (TCO) and supplier market conditions.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within procurement

processes and systems, including use of ERP platforms such as SAP or JD Edwards.About You:Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic sourcing or category management, ideally within indirect procurement.Strong negotiation skills with experience managing supplier relationships and cross-functional stakeholders.Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with imperfect or incomplete data to build credible business cases.Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or JD Edwards is beneficial.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is highly desirable.Understanding of procurement processes, category management, and total cost of ownership (TCO) modelling.Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders and suppliers at different levels.Organized, detail-oriented, and
