Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Officer to work within our Procurement Team. We are a forward thinking, values driven housing association, and this role is based in our Rockingham St, Sheffield offices.,

  • The main purpose of the role is to support the Procurement Manager to deliver the Associations work on Procurement in the lead up to the merger with Places for People

    This role requires an individual with attention to detail who can work with minimum supervision as well as being a team player, We are looking for someone who is experienced in Public Sector procurement, who has CIPS level 5 (or equivalent) as a minimum
  • Have a thorough knowledge of the legal requirements of both PCR15 and PA23 regulations.
  • Is an effective communicator and have strong stakeholder management skills at all levels both verbally and written
  • Good problem solver with an attention to detail and demonstrate a strong commitment to service quality
  • Great organisational and observational skills
  • Have a variety of digital skills such as Microsoft Excel and are able to transact online

  • Working hours - 37 hours per week - Hybrid 50/50 home and office.
