Full Job Description
This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for developing and delivering procurement strategies that maximise value, drive efficiencies, strengthen supplier partnerships, and support sustainable business growth.,
- Lead and develop a high-performing Procurement and Supply Chain team.
- Deliver strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier relationship programmes.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts that optimise value and mitigate risk.
- Drive innovation and digital transformation, including the use of Power BI and procurement analytics.
- Oversee procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supply chain performance.
- Champion continuous improvement, sustainability, and best practice across the business.
- Act as a key member of the Senior Management Team, contributing to company-wide strategy and decision-making.
Proven senior leadership experience in procurement and supply chain management. - Strong commercial negotiation and contract management expertise.
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and financial acumen.
- Experienced in supplier performance management and delivering measurable cost savings.
- MCIPS qualified or equivalent experience desirable.
- Experience with Power BI and data-driven procurement insights advantageous.
