Full Job Description
Build capability for progression into specialist roles such as Buyer, Tooling Engineer or Capital Project Coordinator. Develop core skills in procurement, commercial decision‑making and supplier management, with hands‑on exposure to tooling, machinery and capital equipment sourcing in an automotive manufacturing environment.

Working Arrangements
Working Week: Monday to Thursday, 08:30 - 17:15. Friday, 08:30 - 13:00. There will be no shift work or opportunity for overtime. There is a bus link, with a small walk from the bus stop and Birmingham International train station near by.
