About the RoleGuidant Global is supporting our client in recruiting a skilled Procurement Administrator to help grow and consolidate internal purchasing and logistics capabilities.This role offers an excellent opportunity to play a key part in managing the procurement of equipment, licences, and critical infrastructure items across the business. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers, ensuring smooth operations, strong supplier relationships, and efficient processes.You will also drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance procurement workflows, reporting, and asset management.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcure equipment, licences, and other essential infrastructure itemsCollaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers to ensure timely delivery and supportMaintain and manage procurement and asset data using MS ExcelMonitor support agreements, contracts, and licence renewalsManage lifecycle tracking of Business Unit (BU) equipmentProduce accurate reporting on procurement activity, assets, and licencesIdentify and implement process improvements within purchasing and logisticsCommunicate updates to stakeholders and customers regarding orders and expiring support/licencesEnsure compliance with organisational standards and policies
Essential Skills & ExperienceStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and data managementExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levelsExperience in procurement, purchasing, or administrative support rolesAbility to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate recordsStrong organisational and analytical skillsExperience with asset tracking, licence management, or similar responsibilities
Desirable SkillsExperience working within procurement or supply chain environmentsKnowledge of lifecycle management for IT or business equipmentFamiliarity with supplier management and contract monitoringExperience identifying and implementing process improvements
