Full Job Description
As a Senior Process Technologist, you help make sure products run well on our lines every day. You improve processes, solve problems and support safe, efficient production. You work with Technical, Operations, Engineering and NPD teams to keep products consistent, legal and high-quality. Your work helps the site deliver great products, on time, for every customer.,
- Lead process improvement work and act as the first point of contact for process-related queries.
- Set up and run factory trials, making sure information is clear and accurate.
- Support line performance reviews and help solve daily processing issues.
- Keep process documents, specifications and risk assessments up to date and audit-ready.
- Work with NPD to launch new products smoothly and safely into production.
- Track key KPIs, such as waste, yield and downtime, and share weekly and monthly updates.
- Identify risks to quality, cost or efficiency and escalate them early.
- Work with Engineering and Operations to improve equipment performance and line control.
- Help maintain process standards and drive continuous improvement across the site. To support the successful delivery of trials and product launches, a flexible approach is required, including occasional work across different shifts and weekends.
- You will have experience in process technology, technical roles or manufacturing support.
- With a good understanding of HACCP, GMP, food safety and customer standards.
- Being confident working with factory data, process controls and technical documents.
- You will have a practical approach to solving problems and improving line performance.
- With strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
- An ability to support and guide others in a positive way.
