If so, we're looking for a Process & Payment Advisor to join our Customer Service team, where you'll play a key role in supporting customers throughout an important stage of their journey.What you'll be doing:As a Process & Payment Advisor, you'll take ownership of prepaid funeral plans from application through to activation, ensuring every customer receives a smooth and professional experience.Your responsibilities will include: Managing funeral plans from initial application through to completion Coordinating with funeral directors to allocate plans where required Resolving queries and handling any issues that arise throughout the process Scheduling and processing customer payments accurately and efficiently Responding to customer enquiries by phone and providing updates on plan progress Monitoring and reporting on the status of plans
