Full Job Description
As a Process Operative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our dairy processes, from raw milk intake through to final product output. Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you'll use computer-controlled systems to monitor and manage production processes, carry out quality testing, and help maintain the highest standards of food safety and product quality.,
- Monitoring computerised production systems from intake through to finished product
- Sampling, testing, and analysing raw materials and products
- Loading and unloading tankers safety and efficiently
- Recording and maintaining accurate process documentation
- Performing laboratory testing and reporting results
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and food safety standards
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste

- Have experience working with computers in a manufacturing, production, process, logistics, or operational environment
- Have previous manufacturing or production experience, ideally with food, beverage, FMCG.
- Can work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Have strong attention to detail, focus on continuous improvement and quality
