Full Job Description

  • Overseeing the smooth running of the principal residence, including management of household staff and coordination of maintenance
  • Managing a portfolio of rental properties, including refurbishment projects, contractor coordination, and financial oversight
  • Liaising with contractors, architects, and designers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Assisting with event planning and delivery, from family occasions to larger on-site events
  • Managing household administration, including diary management, travel arrangements, and personal correspondence

    We are seeking an exceptional, highly organised Private PA to support a dynamic HNW family based in Berkshire.
    • This is a senior, varied role combining household management, property oversight, and traditional PA responsibilities. It offers a high degree of autonomy and would suit an experienced candidate looking for a flexible, part-time position with real ownership., We are looking for a highly capable, resourceful individual with proven experience as a Private PA or in a comparable high-level role supporting a private household. The successful candidate will demonstrate:
  • Outstanding organisational and prioritisation skills across multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong initiative and the confidence to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Commercial awareness, with the ability to source and manage high-quality contractors and suppliers
  • Excellent attention to detail and consistently high standards
  • Discretion, professionalism, and a calm, solutions-focused approach
    • A practical, adaptable mindset is essential, along with a genuine willingness to take ownership and continuously improve how the household operates.

    Competitive Salary commensurate with experience,
  • Based in Berkshire, with hybrid working
  • A full driving licence is required
  • Candidates must be comfortable around dogs
