Are you a skilled Tax Supervisor or Tax Manager looking for a rewarding, hands-on opportunity with a prestigious firm of chartered accountants? Join a long-established, consultancy renowned for providing expert tax planning and financial management services to private clients and their businesses. This role offers a supportive environment with close collaboration alongside partners and a talented team of accountants. The business has a stellar reputation in the market, focusing on the planning needs of high-net-worth individuals, including business owners, property investors, and international clients. Your Role as a Private Client Tax Senior: As a key team member, you will manage a portfolio of around 200 clients, delivering top-tier personal tax compliance and planning services. Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the preparation of personal tax returns and ensuring compliance.
- Identifying and implementing tailored tax planning opportunities for clients.
- Leading weekly workflow meetings to maintain efficient operations and high service standards.
- Supervising, motivating, and developing support staff to foster team success.
- Reviewing team members' work for accuracy and adherence to compliance standards.
- Addressing non-compliance issues and managing ad-hoc tasks as they arise.
- Maintaining accurate records of time and performance metrics against budgets and fees.
- Preparing and delivering insightful presentations, proposals, and advice letters.
- Authoring monthly articles for the firm's website and social media platforms to showcase expertise.
- Providing internal training to promote team development and technical growth.
- Keeping abreast of tax legislation to ensure the firm's advice remains cutting-edge.
- Contributing to the firm's broader growth and practice development initiatives. You will also lead a team, review their work, and contribute to the firm's growth by training staff and engaging with clients.
Requirements: ACA/ACCA/CTA/ATT qualified, 3-5+ years' private client tax experience, excellent communication skills, and strong organisational abilities., A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to work.
