A proven sales recruiter with 4+ years of experience in high-growth, dynamic environments (in-house or agency).
Experience hiring for MEDDPICC, Challenger, Sandler, or SPIN-based sales organizations is highly preferred.
An expert sourcerproactive, creative, and persistent in discovering top-tier "A-players."
Confident working through ambiguity and unafraid to pivot quickly as business needs evolve.
Collaborative, influential, and capable of building strong relationships with senior leaders.
