Principal Process Engineer

You will report directly to the Senior Leadership Team.We operate with minimal process and bureaucracy, only what is essential to ensure our systems are safe, legally compliant, and deployed on time; everything else is up to you.The role: Own process engineering of the Rivan systemThe role encompasses the full development cycle across any of

our modules, be it reactor, electrolyser, or DAC, but can be tailored to the specialist skillset of the applicant. We need you to:Ideate novel architectures and system integrations with the Rivan mindsetBring these to life from concept to deploymentOwn process safety across our systemOwn the construction and commissioning of our systemEssential skills:10+ years of professional experienceBachelor's or Master's in chemical engineering or related fieldExperience designing, building, commissioning and operating deployed process plantsSpecifics:£100 - 120k Salary depending on experienceSignificant share options as part of the early teamIn-person work at our HQ in Bermondsey, South London - flexibility considered based on personal circumstancesExtensive relocation support, including £6000 per year extra to live close to our HQPrivate health insuranceUnlimited time-offWe encourage exceptional applicants from all backgrounds to apply for this role, even if they do not meet all the requirements
