and qualification testing of embedded softwareProvide peer review input to others' work: documentation and softwareLeadership/mentorship of Junior EngineersManage firmware development projectsWork with other Senior Firmware Engineers to review and improve Firmware Development ProcessInteract with other functional groups including Silicon Development and Applications to develop the current and next generations of embedded touch controllersRequirements/Qualifications:B.Sc. or B.Eng in Electronic Engineering or equivalent10+ years industrial experience (non-managerial) in embedded firmware domainCompetenciesBe well versed in embedded software and hardware systemsBe very strong in C programming in an embedded environmentExcellent problem-solving skillsAI literateBe able to understand and use device datasheets, product datasheets, application notes, and PCB schematicsHave experience with the full software development lifecycle and development toolsHave in-depth work experience
