SES Engineering Services are looking for a Principal Electrical Technical Manager to join our SES North team focussing on high profile, technically complex mechanical and electrical projects across multiple sectors. What you'll be doing
Our Principal Electrical Technical Managers are a valuable part of our business, and their role will encompass both work winning and the delivery of live projects whilst providing strong functional leadership, management, governance and excellence for all engineering activities pre and post contract, across either a single large project or portfolio of projects.
As our Principal Electrical Technical Manager, you will:
- Be accountable for adherence to relevant business processes, undertaking Design Reviews, coaching of MEP Designers & management of technical actions.
- Attend, contribute & collaborate regarding: 'Making a Great Start' & Strategy Presentations & IPD Workshops.
- Have technical accountability for the mechanical engineering services for the project.
- Be accountable for technical assessment, coaching and development of Preconstruction Leaders, Design Project Managers & Project Managers & Engineers.
