The Design department is responsible for developing innovative, practical, and fully coordinated mechanical and electrical building services solutions tailored to each project. Working closely with clients, project teams, and the BIM department, the design team transforms concepts into detailed, build-ready technical designs that meet regulatory standards, client specifications, and sustainability goals. Their work underpins the technical accuracy and efficiency of our installations, ensuring seamless integration from planning through to construction., As the Principal Electrical Design Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the electrical strategy for our projects. From managing the electrical design team to ensuring compliance with technical standards, you'll lead the way in delivering exceptional solutions.,

• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of advanced electrical systems for our prefabricated and commercial heating & cooling systems.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, defining project scope, budgets, and timelines.
• Create detailed electrical designs, including power distribution, circuit design, and control systems.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical growth and a culture of excellence.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
