Principal Consultant

In the role of a Principal Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

• 15+ years of experience in working with Telecom clients in the role of Technical Delivery Manager or similar roles.
• Experienced in the areas of OSS architecture, managing large programs for Telecom customers.
• Candidate should demonstrate knowledge of Telecom Industry Standards & regulations.
• Understand the overall OSS/BSS landscape with entire application stack.
• Should possess lead qualities and must have experience in leading team of consultants to achieve stated project / program goals.
• Should have experience in defining the process, business requirements and system requirements in areas of Telecom service assurance process.
• Should be able to engage with multiple stakeholders like Business, SI partners and System owners to understand, capture, finalize and sign off requirements
• Analyze the problem faced by the customer, participates in discussions with customer stakeholders to understand the problem, gather further data as required from the customer to define and document the problem and requirements.
• Should be able to groom the team members.
• Candidate should possess cross-cultural working experience and should be able to work with multinational clients independently.
Preferred
• Experience in working on RFP for mid-size and large deals.
