decisions.Identifying and managing dependencies, risks and impacts across multiple programmes, projects and business functions.Facilitating workshops, governance activities and stakeholder discussions to support informed decision-making.Providing strategic recommendations and insight to senior leaders, helping maximise value and benefits realisation.What you'll need:Significant experience in business analysis, strategic transformation, portfolio management or enterprise-wide change environments.Demonstrable experience working across large, complex transformation portfolios or programmes.Experience analysing and managing interdependencies between multiple projects, business functions and workstreams.Experience influencing and engaging senior stakeholders within complex or highly regulated environments.Experience translating complex information into clear, actionable recommendations that support business objectives.Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience.Professional
