If you're thinking about a career with Nottingham Building Society, let your personality shine through. Just be yourself, as they know you're not a robot. I would also say relax. As hard as it is to relax in an interview, it goes much smoother when you slow down, breathe and be yourself.

Everyone is approachable, generous with their time and eager to help others grow - whether you're in their direct team or not. Our purpose also fosters a culture of positivity, community and teamwork, which I enjoy being a part of.
How has Nottingham Building Society helped your personal and professional development so far?
It was important for me to pursue a professional qualification to develop my skill set. And, ultimately, guide me in the direction of my career goals. Shortly after joining Nottingham Building Society, I was assigned a mentor. He'd already pursued a professional qualification with Nottingham Building Society. He's helped me massively by discussing the range of qualifications I'll be supported with.
