Planning and implementing engaging lessons that are accessible to all, in alignment with the National Curriculum.
Monitoring pupils' progress using assessment tools to inform planning, set targets, and ensure high standards of achievement.
Cultivate a safe, orderly, and stimulating environment that fosters a love of learning.
Facilitating positive communication with pupils, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative educational approach.
Ensuring the welfare, safety, and safeguarding of pupils, and managing any Special Educational Needs (SEND) in collaboration with the SENCO.
