Full Job Description

Planning and implementing engaging early years lessons in alignment with the EYFS framework.
Cultivating a nurturing environment that promotes curiosity and the development of essential skills and independence in young learners.
Facilitating positive communication with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative educational approach.
Conducting consistent and accurate assessments to monitor children's progress.
Ensuring the welfare, safety, and safeguarding of children, and managing any Special Educational Needs (SEND) in collaboration with the SENCO.

Candidates should possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
A comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework is essential.
Excellent communication skills, patience, creativity in lesson planning, and the ability to inspire young children.
High levels of energy, stamina, adaptability, and a strong commitment to safeguarding are also prerequisites.
A successful Enhanced DBS check and two professional references.
