Full Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our specialist education team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality autism-specific education to autistic children and young people, creating engaging and personalised learning experiences that enable pupils to achieve their full potential. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary professionals and classroom staff, you will plan, implement and deliver a broad and balanced curriculum tailored to individual needs. You will play a key role in creating a safe, supportive and motivating learning environment where every pupil can thrive. What You'll Do
- Plan, develop and deliver a personalised and engaging curriculum for autistic pupils.
- Create and implement individualised educational programmes in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide high-quality teaching and learning that meets statutory requirements.
- Take responsibility for classroom management, including learning environments, staff and pupils.

- Teaching degree or Certificate of Education.
- Experience of teaching within a special school environment.
- Experience working with autistic children and young people.
- Understanding of the impact of autism on learning.
