• Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across the primary curriculum

Safer Recruitment Requirements Safeguarding children is at the heart of everything we do. All applicants must fully engage with Ripple Education's rigorous and robust safer recruitment process before they can be considered for work. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Enhanced Child Workforce DBS and relevant barred list checks
• Full employment and education history, including explanations for any gaps
• Suitable professional references

• Qualification and professional status checks, including relevant teacher status and prohibition checks

  Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within a primary school
• High expectations for all pupils
• Strong classroom management skills
• A good understanding of planning, assessment and the primary curriculum
• A thorough understanding of safeguarding
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and the wider school community
• A flexible and proactive approach to working in different school environments
