Supply Teachers - Secondary
Location: Steyning & Surrounding Areas
Contract: Part Time - Long Term
Salary: £120 - £140
Are you passionate about supporting children to develop positive behaviour, resilience, and confidence? A primary school in Worthing, East Sussex is seeking dedicated Primary Teachers to provide KS3, KS4 and KS5 helping the pupils overcome behavioural barriers and fully engage in learning.
Skills & Requirements
- Experience working with children in a school or behaviour support setting
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Calm, patient, and resilient approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of safeguarding procedures
- Relevant training in behaviour support, SEN, or childcare is desirable but not essential
