Full Job Description

The post holder will provide screenings and interventions as part of the Talking Therapies team which also includes other therapeutic models such as, IPT, CAT, EMDR, CFD, Couples Counselling and Person Centred Counselling.

The post holder will be expected to have a commitment to a holistic model of mental health and working with partners to address client need through 1:1 work and group work.

There is recognition that staff can realise their potential through effective clinical and management supervision, managerial support, and through access to internal and external training.

Staff development and their wellbeing are accepted as priorities, and we have a long-established Wellbeing Strategy Group which develops wellbeing initiatives for the service.

This post holder will be required to work one out of hours shift per week.
