Primary Care Lead

As Primary Care Matron atHMP Lowdham Grange, a Category B men's prison, you'll be a key member of the leadership team, reporting to the Head of Healthcare. You'll lead a multidisciplinary team, drive service improvements, and ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care. You'll:

• Provide clinical and operational leadership to the primary care team
• Oversee governance, quality assurance, and service development
• Manage staff recruitment, supervision, and performance
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver integrated care
• Ensure compliance with CQC, infection control, and health & safety standards
