Primary ASC Teacher

We are recruiting for a large, well-established special school for pupils aged 4-16 with autism and complex learning needs. Our core purpose is to nurture, challenge and inspire every pupil to develop the skills and confidence needed to become independent and valued members of their community. About the School The school provides a highly personalised curriculum tailored to meet the needs of pupils with autism and additional needs. Teaching focuses on communication, independence, life skills, and academic development, supported by a multidisciplinary team including therapists and specialist staff. Class sizes are small, allowing staff to build strong relationships and deliver meaningful, individualised learning experiences., As a Class Teacher, you will:

• Lead a class of pupils with autism and complex needs
• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCP targets
• Create a structured, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
• Work closely with teaching assistants and specialist professionals
• Monitor, assess and report on pupil progress
