We're partnering with a leading UK insurer that is investing significantly in the transformation of its Pricing & Analytics function. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced pricing professional to play a key role in delivering innovative pricing strategies, influencing commercial outcomes, and helping drive the next generation of pricing capability.

The Role
As a Senior Pricing Analyst, you'll take ownership of complex pricing projects and provide valuable insight to support profitable growth. You'll work closely with a range of stakeholders, helping to shape pricing strategy and deliver measurable business impact.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing pricing strategies to optimise profitability and customer outcomes
Leading in-depth analysis of customer behaviour, demand, and pricing performance
Conducting competitor and market analysis to identify commercial opportunities and risks
Building and enhancing pricing models to improve predictive capability and decision-making
Presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders across the business
Supporting the continuous improvement of pricing methodologies, processes, and analytical capabilities
We're looking for a commercially minded analyst with a strong technical background and proven experience within insurance pricing.
You'll ideally have:
Experience in a pricing role within the insurance sector
Strong analytical and statistical modelling skills
Proficiency in Python, SQL, R, SAS, or similar analytical tools
A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Actuarial Science, or another quantitative discipline
Experience working with risk modelling, demand modelling, or price optimisation techniques
The ability to communicate complex analysis clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Exposure to machine learning techniques would be advantageous
