Machine Operative

Location: Tamworth
Pay Rate: £12.71 - £13.00 per hour

We're currently recruiting for Machine Operatives to join a busy manufacturing team in Tamworth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a full-time role with consistent hours and an early finish every Friday.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
  
  
• Friday: 7:00am – 12:00pm
  
  

Pay:

• £12.71 - £13.00 per hour (depending on experience)
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently
  
  
• Loading and unloading materials
  
  
• Monitoring production processes
  
  
• Carrying out quality checks
  
  
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
  
  
• Following all health and safety procedures
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential
  
  
• Good attention to detail
  
  
• Reliable with a positive attitude
  
  
• Able to work well as part of a team
  
  
• Willingness to learn and develop
