Excellence We strive to do the best we can do and be the be, As a Prescribing Pharmacist at Operose Health, you will be a critical part of the healthcare delivery team focused on providing exemplary primary care. Your role will include taking comprehensive histories, performing clinical assessments, diagnosing, treating, and evaluating patient care. Demonstrating safe and expert clinical decision-making skills is key, as is your ability to collaborate with our general practice team to enhance patient outcomes. Supporting policy delivery and leadership also form part of your role. Your qualifications need to include an undergraduate degree in pharmacy, registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council, and an independent prescribing qualification. Ideally, you should possess experience in general practice, and you must be adept at applying clinical judgment when prioritizing patient care.
