The role involves safeguarding, supporting daily routines, and working collaboratively with the team to ensure a nurturing, inclusive setting that promotes each child's confidence, independence, and wellbeing., A Preschool Practitioner plays a truly meaningful role in shaping children's earliest experiences of learning, and the right applicants will feel excited by that responsibility. This role is all about creating a warm, joyful, and stimulating environment where young children feel safe, confident, and eager to explore. Practitioners bring learning to life through play, imagination, and curiosity - from supporting early communication and social skills to helping children discover their independence and unique personalities.
