Full Job Description

Full daily mis en place: portioning, slicing and prepping meats, sauces and salads to spec
Prepping pide bread accompaniments and seasonal specials
Maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
Receiving and correctly rotating deliveries
Keeping prep and storage areas clean and organised throughout the shift
Supporting service when needed

We're looking for a reliable, skilled prep chef to keep our kitchen running to the high standards our menu demands. It's a tight, focused operation - everything has to be consistent, fresh and on point every single day., Previous kitchen experience at prep or commis level
Good knife skills and a solid pace - our menu is simple but the bar is high
Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate preferred
Detail-oriented, reliable and a team player
An appreciation for quality ingredients and focused cooking
