premises officer

As a premises officer you will be responsible for the smooth and safe maintenance services of the school site ensuring high standards are maintained.
Please note: Due to the early and late shifts, a reliable mode of transport is essential as public transport is not available during these times.
Responsibilities
Participate in the Health & Safety Policy of the company and report any dangers or hazards

Locking and unlocking the site/buildings and ensuring the security of all keys.
Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance of facilities.
Conducting facility audits and reporting any health and safety hazards to the site manager
Litter picking and assisting cleaning teams as needed.
