About this Role
Premises Compliance Manager
37 hours per week all year - alternating shift patterns
The ideal candidate must have proven experience in site management including:
- effective and efficient management of the school site and site team
- building works/construction skills
- repairs and maintenance
- health & safety compliance
- contracts and services including reporting and budget management
Previous experience in a similar role will be advantageous. Training, development and progression opportunities are encouraged and available for the right person. Further information can be found in the detailed job description and person specification below.
