About the role

Pay Details: Grade 6 (Spinal Point 14-19 £29,540 - £32,061)

Hours of Work / Weeks per year / Working Pattern: 37 hours per week/52 weeks Pattern of work TBC and agreed.

Main Place of Work: Ysgol Y Deri - Across multiple sites

Description: The governing body wish to appoint a premises co-ordinator to assist in the provision of maintenance and security services on the school premises, to ensure a safe working environment. This may include opening and closing the sites, undertaking planned and reactive maintenance and responding to out of hours emergenices for which additional pClosing date for application forms - 29 May 2026
