As soon as your NMC PIN is confirmed, youll move seamlessly into our Preceptorship Nurse Programme. Youll be fully supported by experienced mentors, receive tailored development plans, and have the time and guidance you need to thrive in your first registered role. • Qualified Registered Nurse with active NMC Registration.
