Pre-treatment Specialist Radiographer

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a forward-thinking Radiographer in our a pre-treatment team.

You will be an experienced therapeutic radiographer with excellent communication, leadership and teamworking skills ready to help run a busy pre-treatment section in a friendly, modern radiotherapy department.

We have 3 CT scanners across our main and satelitte site at Basingstoke hospital where we are able to plan TBI treatments and SABR, providing safe, state-of-the-art patient centred care for our patients. We are also a regional sarcoma centre, a tertiary referral centre for Neuro-oncology (delivering SRS/T).We are the first centre in the UK to have Exactrac Dynamic in clinical use on 3 of our 7 Linacs providing sub-millimetre correction through stereoscopic imaging with 6 degrees of freedom correction. Our other linacs and our 3 CTs (2 with 4DCT acquisition) have Align RT allowing thermal and surface guided set up and tracking.If you have any further questions or wish to arrange a visit to our department, we would love to hear from you.
